The Texas Commission on Environmental Quality today approved penalties totaling $1,202,388 against 99 regulated entities for violations of state environmental regulations.
Agreed orders were issued for the following enforcement categories: two agricultural, 20 air quality, two Edwards Aquifer, three industrial hazardous waste, one industrial waste discharge, six licensed irrigator, four multi-media, five municipal solid waste, 11 municipal waste discharge, 22 petroleum storage tank, and 10 public water system.
